Jerry at the Delaware Avenue location is ALWAYS very professional, friendly and helpful. The tech during the last appointment for brakes was also very knowledeable, friendly and helpful. Thanks! "Emergency" tire repair. Air pressure light came on , one tire showed low (and leaking). To save changing a tire, drove straight to Dunn. Prompt service and very professional front staff. While could not be taken immediately (GOOD!, since I didn't have an appointment, I should be the one to wait), tire was repaired, and on my way in about three (3) hours. For an emergency, and for the full schedule that this team at Dunn had, I appreciate the ability to get the repair done! Thanks! Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this business to a friend. On a family vacation near Buffalo when we had a flat tire. Needed replacement tire ASAP so did a search and found Dunn Tire by pure luck. Dropped the family at the zoo because I was expecting to be waiting several hours. The shop I visited was able to get me 2 new tires reasonably priced and out the door within 1.5 hours... as a walk-in. This is not something that happens in the car service world ever. I ended up having to drive around the city afterwards waiting on my family! I don't normally write reviews, but I was truly impressed with the service I received and the speed with which they were able to do it. So thank you and keep up the good work.
