BUFFALO, NY – Dunn Tire, Western New York's leading tire retailer and automotive services provider, is now offering a wider range of services to customers at its downtown Buffalo location.
Beginning this week, Dunn Tire has added a full menu of diagnostic and repair services at its location at 120 Broadway, at the corner of Elm St. Customers at that location can now take advantage of comprehensive engine diagnostics and repairs, including tune-ups and engine rebuilding and replacement services; air conditioning diagnostics and repairs; emission-related diagnostics and repairs, including exhaust system repairs and replacement; differential and drive-train repairs; and electrical system repairs.
The downtown Buffalo location is the first Dunn Tire location to offer this level of advanced and extended services.
"In a population center like downtown, where you not only have large numbers of working professionals during the day, but also more and more people living, it's a tremendous convenience to be able to have direct access to all of the automotive services you need at one location," said Robert Clark, managing director of retail operations, Dunn Tire.
In order to provide the expanded services downtown, Dunn Tire invested in state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and equipment, and added full-service mechanics to the staff at the Broadway location. Dunn Tire also offers concierge service for customers, providing transportation and pick-up services to and from their office while their vehicle is being repaired.
"We're investing in the service and convenience of our customers. Now, the need to make an evening or weekend appointment somewhere is eliminated. In many cases, people can make an appointment, drop their vehicle off on their way into work, and have it ready by the end of the day," Clark added.
